In this powerful episode of Your Life, Your Story – Rise Up Podcast, Jill sits down with life coach, former educator, and ministry leader Brittany Wayman for a real and refreshing conversation about burnout, boundaries, and building a life that flows from overflow, not exhaustion.

Both women know what it’s like to live in hustle mode. To serve, lead, achieve… and quietly feel drained, stretched thin, and spiritually dry. But what happens when God slows you down? What happens when burnout becomes the catalyst for transformation?

Brittany shares her journey from full-time ministry during COVID to launching SoulCare Coaching, the fear she had to confront, the limiting beliefs she had to surrender, and the power of community speaking truth when doubt gets loud.

Together, they unpack:

  • Serving from overflow instead of depletion
  • Setting healthy, holy boundaries — even in ministry
  • The fear that tries to stop women from stepping into their calling
  • What it looks like to boldly integrate faith and business

This episode is a reminder that burnout is often a warning light, not a failure, and that obedience, even when uncomfortable, leads to freedom.

If you’re a high-achieving woman who feels stretched thin, this conversation is for you.

Jill O'Boyle (00:02.626)
Well, hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of Your Life, Your Story, Rise Up podcast. I'm your host Jill O'Boyle. And you know, I love days like today because I think it's one of those just God orchestrated moments. Like two women who have walked through burnout, hustle, the weight of doing all the things are coming together to talk about what we have learned.

in this power of just slowing down, serving from a place of overflow rather than exhaustion, right? So today I am sitting down with a fellow coach, friend, faith led leader, Brittany Wayman. And today we're gonna pull back the curtain a little bit on what it really looks like to rediscover your purpose, to realign with God and build a life that doesn't drain you but actually fuels you. Like, come on.

Can somebody say amen to that? So let me introduce to you our guest, Brittany. She is a life coach, a former educator, a long time ministry leader based in Indianapolis. And after spending 10 years teaching in the classroom and later serving as a pastor in two multi-site churches, she felt called to create SoulCare Coaching.

where she now provides customized coaching, consulting, and training for individuals and organizations. So Brittany is married to her college sweetheart, and together they are raising two beautiful children. And her mission is simple, but yet very purposeful, to make a difference in her family and community by loving God and loving people. Brittany, welcome to the podcast.

Brittany Wayman (01:49.544)
thank you. I'm so happy to be here. Thank you so much for having me, Jill.

Jill O'Boyle (01:53.434)
yes, I, you know, I'm honestly so excited to have this conversation because when I first met you, I saw you from stage and there was just a light radiating from you. We met at a National Christian Foundation event. Brittany was on the stage and she had this glow, she had this powerhouse voice, she had some energy, contagious personality and I was like, I need to know more about this girl.

Brittany Wayman (02:10.136)
Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (02:20.14)
Hahaha!

Jill O'Boyle (02:23.123)
So I'm excited for today because like I said earlier, I do believe that just God kind of orchestrates how we meet people. And I love that we both have this very similar passion of just wanting to others, encourage women and organizations as well. So thanks for being here.

Brittany Wayman (02:28.354)
Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (02:42.912)
Yes, I'm excited to dig in.

Jill O'Boyle (02:44.979)
Yeah. All right. So let's, I mean, let's start with the topic that we both have a very familiar backgrounds on, right? We both know burnout personally. So I think let's just start there. Let's talk about how did you learn this difference of serving from this overflow rather than exhaustion. Talk to me a little bit about that.

Brittany Wayman (02:50.126)
Mmm. Mmm. Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (03:09.358)
Yes, yes, absolutely. you know, in 2021, you know, it was kind of in that right in the middle of COVID and that season, I think we all learned a lot. Like we all learned a lot and I think we slowed down enough to really understand and see what were some of the things that were going on that maybe we were so rushed and moving so fast to not see. And it was in that season where I was working a lot, a lot of hours.

Jill O'Boyle (03:19.628)
Mm-hmm.

yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (03:30.327)
Yeah.

Brittany Wayman (03:37.762)
It was also during that season where my son was having some struggles at school. And as a former educator, we were slowed down enough that I could see some things. And I was like, ooh, we've got a little trouble. We got a little trouble here. You know, we got some stuff going on. And like I said, he had his thing going on that we finally slowed down enough to see. I had my own things that were going on that I finally slowed down enough to see. And in that season,

Jill O'Boyle (03:48.013)
Right.

Jill O'Boyle (04:03.234)
Yeah.

Brittany Wayman (04:06.158)
you know, God called me out of there and it was so fun. remember calling my husband. I was like, I think I'm going to step away. were, you know, adding more services. And also it was during that time where the online campus was really, really big. It was really, really big. And so the teams were shifting around and we still had a few, there were still responsibilities that we needed to take care of. And it was just exhausting. It was exhausting. Also, you know, our kids were home.

Jill O'Boyle (04:18.817)
Yeah.

Brittany Wayman (04:32.782)
And so they were doing all the virtual learning. So it was like four of us are on Wi-Fi. We had to upgrade our Wi-Fi, you know, speed because there was like four of us on the internet trying to, you know, get stuff done. And then at one point I finally told my son, was like, you're just a pre-K dropout. Like, I'm just not doing it. Like we just can't continue to go on. Like we just can't continue to go on in this way. You're just going to be a pre-K dropout. We'll circle back next year and everything. So it was just, yeah, I was like, we just can't do it. So anyway, so.

Jill O'Boyle (04:33.261)
Mm-hmm. Yes.

Jill O'Boyle (04:49.293)
We just can't.

I love it!

try that again.

Brittany Wayman (05:01.784)
From that time period, one of the things that I realized was like, I was just exhausted. I was crispy. I wasn't nourished. And I'm talking about like soul nourishment. I'm talking about like soul hydration. Like I was completely crispy, completely exhausted in that season. And from what I know, from my own personal lived experience with burnout is that there's no way.

Jill O'Boyle (05:16.77)
Yeah.

Brittany Wayman (05:29.634)
that I can serve if my cup is completely empty, if my cup is completely dry, I can't serve from an overflow. Because when I serve, I want to serve from a place of joy and energy and delight and bless people. And when I serve from a place that's completely crispy and dry, it doesn't feel like a blessing, it feels like a burden. And that's when I know that I've got trouble. That's when I know that I've got trouble, is when it begins to feel like a burden, as opposed to a blessing to be able to serve people and to love them well.

Jill O'Boyle (05:36.673)
Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (05:48.418)
Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (05:52.213)
Yeah.

Yeah, and something that's so, so well said because the thing that usually I can tell just by you is people should energize. I think people energize you, right? And it would, if, if that is starting to become the thing that you, that energizes you and brings you joy is starting to become a burden every day. think that's the first great sign of like something's off. Red flag. Yeah. No, that's so good. So,

Brittany Wayman (06:09.257)
Absolutely.

Brittany Wayman (06:18.081)
Yeah. Red flag. Red flag.

Jill O'Boyle (06:25.803)
So you can, you started noticing that just right in your family too. You could see that that was affecting your kids. So in that point in time, you were in education. Were you also doing ministry at the same time or was that the segue?

Brittany Wayman (06:38.091)
No, no, so in that time I was actually in full-time ministry at that time. Yep, yep, I was in full-time ministry at that time. Absolutely, yes.

Jill O'Boyle (06:42.851)
you were in full-time ministry. Okay. Okay. Okay. So, walk me through that. So, you're in full-time ministry, which is a great, I'm really excited to dive into this because you're in the position where you say your soul wasn't nourished though, but you're in ministry. So, where is it that sometimes we can feel that? What was happening? What's going on behind the scenes?

Brittany Wayman (06:54.306)
Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (07:01.357)
Mm-hmm. Right. Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (07:09.8)
Yeah, absolutely. So during that time, as I mentioned, I think that COVID was really the catalyst for that. Like it really was that thing that really, think without all of the pressures and stress of COVID, don't think, like particularly with my son, I don't think we would have caught the things that we caught with my son. Cause I think we would have just continued to just keep moving. But we, again, like I said, we slowed down enough where we were able to see some things because we were all in home, in the home.

Jill O'Boyle (07:16.351)
Okay, yeah. Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (07:28.512)
Okay.

Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (07:38.059)
Yes. Yes. Yeah.

Brittany Wayman (07:38.414)
you know, we were all at home. And I think the, I also believe the, what's important about ministry leaders who are serving, particularly those in forward-facing positions, whether you are a ministry leader, whether you're a teacher, you're leading a nonprofit, any of those forward-facing ministries are tough because you carry a lot of burden also for people. Any of those positions that are in the service, social services, those community leaders, community workers, if you're working at a community center,

those positions are forward facing. You often have people that are coming to you for particular needs, right? And so you can experience a lot of compassion fatigue because you're the one that people will call when there's something going on. Therefore, for your own soul, for your own being able to take care of like that inner part of yourself, being able to have those appropriate boundaries to say, hey, no, I can't do that. Or hey, I'm not gonna respond during these days when I'm off. I'm not gonna respond to email.

Jill O'Boyle (08:13.835)
Yeah. Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (08:18.903)
you

Jill O'Boyle (08:32.021)
Yes.

Brittany Wayman (08:38.487)
I'm gonna have these boundaries that at this particular time, I'm closing my laptop and I'm gonna be done for the day. We can get caught up particularly in ministry because it's like, love the people, we love the Lord, we love the people, we wanna be there to serve. And at the same time, we have to make sure that we take care and we tend to ourselves as well. It's just like, if you're a traveler and you fly, went on a cruise for Thanksgiving last year and it was so funny, my...

Jill O'Boyle (08:42.378)
Yes.

Jill O'Boyle (08:45.965)
So crucial.

Mmm.

Jill O'Boyle (08:57.878)
Yes.

Brittany Wayman (09:06.409)
son he's flown before but he was so young when the last time he was in the air that he kind of forgot and it was just so funny because he was like locked into the flight attendant he was locked in he was like i need you to everybody need to be quiet i need everybody be quiet because i need to know what's going down what is she saying he's like looking at the little you know the the sheet that they pull in the seat back he's like pulling that out and he was like hey did you check to make sure your stuff is over here and so he's like

Jill O'Boyle (09:11.692)
Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (09:25.964)
Yeah.

Brittany Wayman (09:33.015)
But it's just like the flight attendant say, it's like before you help other people, you have to put your mask on. You have to put your mask on. And so he literally was like, mommy, he was like, mommy, he was like, you know, don't help me first. He was like, if something happens, you got to put your own mask on first. Put that on first before you help me. And I like, I got it. But it was, I was cracking up because he was locked in. He had his thing. He was following along. No, seriously.

Jill O'Boyle (09:36.333)
You put your ass gone. Yeah. my gosh.

Jill O'Boyle (09:45.14)
my gosh. my gosh. Yeah. He was probably looking around like, why is nobody listening to this lady? She is giving us some life lessons here and nobody is paying attention.

Brittany Wayman (10:02.114)
He's like, she's dropping gems. But it was just so funny because I'm like, everyone else is like putting their, you know, the AirPods on, they're getting ready to watch the movie and he's got his little paper, he's locked in, falling along with whatever she's saying.

Jill O'Boyle (10:05.805)
yeah! They're movie!

Jill O'Boyle (10:13.473)
That's

That is awesome. You you brought me back to, remember specifically a moment where I can relate to your story too, during COVID. You know, back in that point I was in corporate and I worked for a trade show marketing company. So trade shows clearly, or we're not, nobody's going to conventions, right? And so we were sent home and I was on the constant hustle, constant motion, going through the day to day.

Brittany Wayman (10:28.759)
Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (10:35.565)
Uhhhh

Brittany Wayman (10:43.297)
Right.

Jill O'Boyle (10:45.599)
always working, always moving, you know, trying it. We had two young kids at the time, like real young. And it was in that moment of slowing down and not having work be my number one, where I literally remember the moment looking around and like actually, and I hate to say this because it just bothers me, but like seeing my children for the first time, like truly

Brittany Wayman (10:50.433)
Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (10:55.571)
Yep. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (11:12.813)
Mmm.

Jill O'Boyle (11:14.881)
being present with them. Like in my corporate days, yeah, I would say I would be at dinner, but I was not present at all. My mind was always somewhere else. Always figuring out when the next thing that I had to do for work, when am I gonna get them to bed because I gotta jump back on to catch up one more thing, right? So I was never fully present and that's, I know COVID can be a rocky topic. There was people that,

Brittany Wayman (11:17.367)
Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (11:21.355)
Right, right, Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (11:30.269)
Right.

Jill O'Boyle (11:42.624)
affected their lives tremendously. for me in that moment, there was a little bit of a blessing in disguise because it forced me to see what is right here in front of me that matters so much more than what I am doing. And so it was just it started a it really was a stepping stone to where God was was really teaching me in that season, showing me things that I was too busy to see, you know.

Brittany Wayman (11:48.445)
huh.

Brittany Wayman (11:53.813)
Right. Right. Right. Right.

Brittany Wayman (12:09.901)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

Jill O'Boyle (12:11.117)
Air quotes, like I just had my mind focus on something. And so something that I talk a lot in my coaching business with my women is talking about this power of transformation and kind of how God will begin to start to show you some different things. He'll start to transform you in ways. And there's a lot of stuff I talk about about mindset as well, like having the mindset around these things.

Brittany Wayman (12:34.666)
Mm-hmm. Yes.

Jill O'Boyle (12:39.403)
So I know that you probably talk about this in your coaching as well. And I think we, what I had discovered it, I was carrying this belief that really did not serve me. I think we all carry beliefs that do not serve us. We picked it up at some point in our life and we have been carrying it with us. And it's sometimes we have to put that belief down and figure out is this truth or is this a lie that I've been carrying? So how about you? Have you seen?

Brittany Wayman (12:49.42)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (13:04.788)
Right, that's right.

Jill O'Boyle (13:08.417)
some limiting beliefs coming up in your life that you've had to overcome.

Brittany Wayman (13:13.216)
Yeah, absolutely. And I will get to that in just a second, but I also want to mention too, that in the second ministry opportunity where I had to serve, think one of the things that, I believe one of the things that really helped me after I kind of got through that season of burnout when my check engine light came on, was understanding the boundaries again that I needed to have. And so when I stepped into that one, I was very like, okay, this is, know, like in the conversations with.

Jill O'Boyle (13:16.247)
Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (13:28.641)
Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (13:41.803)
before I stepped into that role, like this is what I am able to do. This is what I'm able to do in order to be able to serve in a place that is where I'm fully, fully, fully, you know, healthy, my wellbeing is top, you know, top tier. And so that was really helpful to have those particular boundaries to be very upfront about it. And it was so well received. They're like, absolutely. Yep, we can do this. Yep, this is what that can look like. And it was great.

Jill O'Boyle (13:41.836)
Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (13:45.492)
Mm, yes.

Jill O'Boyle (13:55.819)
Yes.

Jill O'Boyle (14:03.275)
Yes.

Brittany Wayman (14:10.252)
and loved it, loved it, loved it, loved it. Yes, it was really great. And so it was really, and I think, you know, sometimes the Lord will have you go through things, right? He will allow things to happen in order for you to get to a particular point in your life. And so that was just transformational for me to be able to identify what am I able to do? How can I serve? And to have those really, really firm boundaries.

Jill O'Boyle (14:10.495)
And it's huge. Yes.

Jill O'Boyle (14:19.039)
Hmm... Yes.

Jill O'Boyle (14:28.777)
Yes.

Mmm.

Brittany Wayman (14:36.97)
to share and it was agreeable and then we were like, okay, we'll jump into this ministry opportunity. And so it was such a blessing to be able to serve in that way and be very healthy. Be very healthy in that way. And then now to jump into the question that you were asking about limiting beliefs and the liberating truths. For me, as I started this business, that was definitely a huge, huge thing that I had to overcome.

Jill O'Boyle (14:37.004)
Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (14:42.678)
Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (14:48.618)
Yes.

Jill O'Boyle (14:57.206)
Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (15:06.134)
Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (15:06.252)
And a lot of it was really, Jill was rooted in fear. So much was rooted in fear of, my gosh, what if I fail? That was a huge thing. was like, what if I fail? What, like my other thing that was, that really would just really, that really shook me was, well, what are people gonna say? Like.

Jill O'Boyle (15:09.965)
Mmm.

Jill O'Boyle (15:15.563)
Right. Right.

Jill O'Boyle (15:29.229)
Say yes.

Brittany Wayman (15:29.996)
Why do I care? And then when you think about it, like, why do I even care? Just say my name, say something, say my name, say my name out there. But it really shook me where I was like, oh my gosh, what are people gonna say? What if I fail? How am I even gonna do this? I don't have particular skill sets to do this. I don't know. at the end of the day, a lot of it was rooted in fear. A lot of it was rooted in fear. And I had a friend.

Jill O'Boyle (15:34.061)
I

Brittany Wayman (15:59.595)
who my husband and I went down to his farm in Tennessee. He has this beautiful place for ministry leaders to go and get rest. so shout out to Evan McBroom. And so he just spoke so much life and truth over me. And so as I'm sharing these things with him, it was a fireside chat and we know so much just.

Just so much happens over a fireside chat, you know, literally we've got the fire pit and just a lot of transformation and just vulnerability can happen. There's just something very special about a fire pit. And so as we're talking about this business idea that he has, he's like, well, what's the name? And he's like asking me these questions and I'm like rattling it off and he was like, what is going on? Like you, it's all you have it. Like what is, what's going on? And so was like, well, and I was like, well.

Jill O'Boyle (16:27.103)
Yes.

Jill O'Boyle (16:35.885)
you

Jill O'Boyle (16:50.453)
Yeah, let's hold you back.

Brittany Wayman (16:55.564)
And so, you know, the thing beneath the thing was the fear that we identified, you know, at that night at the fire pit. And he was like, you know that you have people that are willing to come alongside you and support you that will help you accomplish your dream. And he was like, and most of all, you have the Lord on your side. Like more than anything, you have the Lord on your side. And so him speaking that life and truth over me, and I tell the story to so many people that I've talked to.

Jill O'Boyle (17:00.883)
Mm-hmm.

Jill O'Boyle (17:15.945)
Amen. Good thing.

Brittany Wayman (17:24.16)
because it really truly was transformational for me. Just having someone speak life and truth over me really helped. It was like the catalyst. It's like, you know what? Like with the Lord on my side, I can do this. And so replacing, you know, the thoughts that limiting belief of fear, I can't, I won't, you know, what are they gonna say? Like, what if I fail? Do you know, God will supply all my needs. He will supply all my needs, you know.

Jill O'Boyle (17:26.465)
Mm-hmm.

Jill O'Boyle (17:30.039)
Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (17:36.172)
Yes.

Jill O'Boyle (17:45.845)
needs. That's right.

Brittany Wayman (17:48.8)
God will do far more than I could ask or even imagine. And so replacing that with God's word, with God's truth was really important for me to have the momentum. And it was like the catalyst. It's like, okay, I'm gonna go do things.

Jill O'Boyle (17:49.483)
Yes.

Jill O'Boyle (17:55.414)
Mmm.

Jill O'Boyle (18:02.825)
Yeah, well and not to mention that I'm sure God was the one that planted the seed in the first place.

Brittany Wayman (18:08.873)
That part, that part, I mean that part like literally, I was like, my gosh, I mean, as I'm telling him this, I'm like, well, God gave me this, I mean, cause he literally gave me the name. He was like, this is who you're gonna serve. This is, you know what I mean? Like this is what you're gonna, this is all of it. And I'm over here down God, like, come on. I'm like, Lord have mercy. anyways, but it is, and also Jill, this speaks to the power of making sure that you have believers, people.

Jill O'Boyle (18:19.115)
Yeah. Right.

Right. Right.

Brittany Wayman (18:37.471)
who are like-minded, who love the Lord surrounding you, so that when the fear creeps in, when the doubt comes in, because the enemy loves nothing more than to create doubt and to have you doubt who God is and what God said he's gonna do. And so that's why it's so important that you have a community of people who are like-minded, who are believers, who are gonna continue to, you know, basically call you to the carpet when you start getting in your head and start letting the enemy come.

Jill O'Boyle (18:39.393)
Yes. Yes.

Jill O'Boyle (18:47.981)
Mmm.

Jill O'Boyle (18:54.764)
Yeah.

Brittany Wayman (19:07.549)
in your mind that will call you to the car and be like stop it stop it.

Jill O'Boyle (19:10.987)
Right, it's huge. mean, I can preach all day about the power of community and the right community and making sure you're surrounding yourselves with people that are like-minded, just like you said. It is so huge because the enemy, as you are being obedient, as you begin to walk in the purpose that God has for you, that voice is gonna get so loud. And so it is so crucial to be able to voice that

Brittany Wayman (19:16.319)
Mm-hmm.

Come on. Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (19:30.634)
Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (19:35.424)
Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (19:40.578)
what you're hearing to other believers and say, here is what I hear, speak to me on what you see, what you feel, what you hear, and having them put the truth back into you is huge. And I think for women, that fear, fear is the number one thing that's gonna stop us from proceeding, right? And sometimes the way that Jesus calls us to some of the things that he wants us to walk through are not gonna be comfortable. Many times they are very uncomfortable.

Brittany Wayman (19:43.979)
Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (19:52.243)
Yes. Powerful.

Brittany Wayman (20:06.632)
Absolutely. So uncomfortable.

Jill O'Boyle (20:10.327)
Right? my gosh. I mean, my biggest thing when I started my business three years ago, leaving corporate, I mean, it sounded like this crazy idea. Like what? You're going from project management, trade shows, marketing and events to you're gonna start a life coaching business. I mean, honestly, it's like, that makes no sense to anybody in there, right? You know, out here in the world. But I knew that knew that I knew that it was a voice of God and it wasn't something and I bet you would be the same.

Brittany Wayman (20:20.308)
Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (20:26.991)
Yes, amen.

Jill O'Boyle (20:40.877)
I don't know. I mean, I guess everybody's story is different, but mine was definitely a journey. I mean, that was a four year journey of hearing God. He was working things with me. Like it was not an overnight. It was not an overnight thing. was, it was a whole process in the making to eventually being louder and clearer. And one by one, he was bringing women in my circle.

Brittany Wayman (20:53.237)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

Right? Mm-hmm.

Mm-hmm.

Jill O'Boyle (21:08.129)
to kind of be a vice giver, to use discernment, use the gifts that he's calling me in a safe space. And then it just kept growing. I don't know if that is true with you or was it a moment, because I think everybody's story is different, that it was like, no, I heard, I'm going.

Brittany Wayman (21:14.643)
Yeah.

Brittany Wayman (21:26.411)
So the Lord was very clear. Again, like I said, the Lord gave it all to me. He gave me the whole, he gave everything to me, the whole blueprint. And again, as I'm telling my friend at the fire pit, I was like, this is the timeline he gave me. And the timeline was, I mean, it was three to five years. And it was like, in these three to five years, you're gonna build, like you slowly build. And so that's exactly what it was. So I over that.

Jill O'Boyle (21:29.548)
Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (21:33.303)
I love it.

Jill O'Boyle (21:45.74)
Yep.

Jill O'Boyle (21:49.971)
Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (21:53.832)
And it was four years. So four years and then I stepped full-time, fully into entrepreneurship full-time. And so over that four years, I just started dipping my toe into certain things, picking up coaching clients, working with organizations, beta testing certain things out. I'm like, okay, let's beta test this, let's see.

Jill O'Boyle (21:55.777)
Wow.

Jill O'Boyle (22:04.353)
Mm-hmm.

Jill O'Boyle (22:16.78)
Yep.

Yeah.

Brittany Wayman (22:20.581)
And you know, in the business world, we talk a lot like about the MVP, the minimum viable product. So it's like, OK, let me test it out. Let's see if you know, if there's a market need, let's see what it's what it's doing. Are people utilizing this? And so I did a lot of that. And yeah, four years later and I also was able to earn a different a few different certificates as well, just to continue to develop myself to, you know, to pour into myself as well.

Jill O'Boyle (22:25.581)
Mmm.

Jill O'Boyle (22:30.839)
Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (22:37.843)
Mm. Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (22:47.862)
Right.

Brittany Wayman (22:50.411)
during that time. And so yeah, the Lord was like, it's three to five years. And what I do know as well is that, you know, even slow obedience is still disobedience, right? So even when you move slow, when you know that God has called you to something. So I was like, I gotta bust a move. He told me three to five years. And I'm looking at number year number five is right here. I'm looking. So I was like, let me go ahead and bust a move because

Jill O'Boyle (23:06.957)
Hmm.

Brittany Wayman (23:19.979)
I don't want to be slowly disobedient. Let me go on out of here.

Jill O'Boyle (23:23.693)
Mmm. I love that. Yeah, it's so true. And I think to go back to what you were saying, one of the things I heard loud and clear when I started my business was God is the main story. And I was on fire about it. I was like, look what God can do. Look at the transformation that he can do in your life. Because the enemy wants to keep you stuck and say, who do you think you are?

Brittany Wayman (23:39.274)
Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (23:43.274)
Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (23:50.663)
Mm-hmm. Whoo! Mm-hmm.

Jill O'Boyle (23:50.776)
Look at all you've done. How are you going to go and help somebody? And God says, no, look at all what I have done and the transformation and the reconciliation. Now go out and help somebody else. Right. But the enemy wants to hold you back and all the lies and the guilt and the shame of what you did. But he doesn't, he doesn't bring forth all the transformation. And so I was like on fire about what God did. And I was like, I knew the business was a faith.

Brittany Wayman (23:59.647)
Mm.

Jill O'Boyle (24:19.885)
perspective to my coaching. That was honestly, was a, he was the one that slowed me down and by me slowing down, it allowed me to hear from the Holy Spirit. And so that was a big thing for most of my women. They're high achieving corporate women. They're wanting more peace and productivity in their life. And they don't know the word slow. And I didn't either. But God forced me to slow down.

Brittany Wayman (24:31.536)
Mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (24:38.974)
Yeah.

Brittany Wayman (24:48.659)
Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (24:49.129)
And when I did, guess what? I could finally hear his voice. And so in my coaching, that's what I helped the women do is to slow down so that they can hear from him. That's, you but so I was very on mission of like speaking about my faith, speaking about Jesus and my coaching business. But you go and you talk about that fear of like, so at first I was on fire. Well, enemy uses people or voices and like you can't

Brittany Wayman (24:53.372)
Yeah, it's

Brittany Wayman (25:18.322)
Mmm... Mm-hmm... Mm-hmm...

Jill O'Boyle (25:19.073)
Wait, you want to go into organizations, you want to go incorporate, you like you can't have faith and business, right? And talk about getting all tangled up in that mess to then go back and I remember one day sitting there journaling and thinking, God, I know you've called me to this. I know this is what you're calling me to do. And loud and clear in my journal, I heard, yeah, you forgot the main main character of the story. You're forgetting the main character of the story. And I'm like,

Brittany Wayman (25:25.098)
Mmm.

Mmm... Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (25:36.924)
Yeah, right.

Jill O'Boyle (25:49.646)
So, yeah, you know, so I mean, he will speak and so does the enemy and whose voice are you going to listen to is so, so huge. So I love that you were just like on fire about that and like, okay, God gave me this word. He said five years, I gotta be busting a move. Like, let's go. Yeah.

Brittany Wayman (25:58.738)
Right. Right.

Mm-hmm. So clutch.

Brittany Wayman (26:11.338)
I like, I gotta bust a move. I'm over here, like I said, I'm looking, I'm like, your five is like right. I gotta bust a move. So, and to your point too, as well Jill, like I also believe too, you know, do you remember that song, Graves in the Gardens, Elevation Worship? And I remember one of the lines, it's like, you know, I'm not afraid to show you my weakness, my failures and flaws, Lord, you've seen them all. And I, every time that song,

Jill O'Boyle (26:16.373)
Yes! Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (26:27.06)
Mm-hmm. Yes.

Jill O'Boyle (26:32.941)
you

Brittany Wayman (26:38.852)
is played at church. mean, that line gets me every time. gets me every time because to your point of, you know, there's so many high achieving women, corporate women, women that are used to just go, go, go onto the next thing, achievement after achievement, we can get caught up in like just wanting to basically have our ass on our chest. We want to be super woman. You know, we are like, we're, we are almost, it's this almost like.

Jill O'Boyle (26:42.807)
So good.

Jill O'Boyle (26:59.543)
That's right.

Brittany Wayman (27:05.898)
pride that we have like this strength, right? And so like peeling it all back in the spirit of the vulnerability and being like, gosh, like I am going through some things. There are some things I need to work on. I do need to slow down. Gosh, I really am feeling like I haven't been present for my babies, you know, all those things. And so every time that song, we sing that at church, that line gets me every time because it's like, my gosh, yes, like.

Jill O'Boyle (27:08.844)
Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (27:15.895)
Mm-hmm.

Jill O'Boyle (27:23.71)
Right? Right?

Jill O'Boyle (27:30.261)
yeah. Yes.

Brittany Wayman (27:32.698)
not being afraid to show your weakness and being vulnerable and transparent about what is truly going on. Like what is the thing beneath the thing that that we need to talk through? Like what's the thing beneath the thing?

Jill O'Boyle (27:35.935)
Yes. Yes.

Hmm. Yeah. Yep. No, that's so good. So good. So how do you, because I know you're definitely a faith based woman. God is on your side always. So how do you, how do you incorporate faith into your business? How do you, you know, bring God with you to work? you know, maybe somebody listening that is feeling like,

Brittany Wayman (27:53.982)
Yes and amen. Yes and amen.

Jill O'Boyle (28:11.157)
They see it, they know the need to very reach, know, connecting more with God in their places where God's calling them, but they're a little afraid. How do you see that showing up in your day to day?

Brittany Wayman (28:19.316)
Mm-hmm.

Mm-hmm.

Yes. So several years ago, I was at a women's conference and there was a woman who is Iraqi. She's born in Iraq. And one of the things that she shared during this conference changed my whole perspective on what it means, what it looks like to share my faith. And so one of the things that she shared was

Jill O'Boyle (28:36.929)
Mm-hmm.

Jill O'Boyle (28:52.053)
Hmm.

Brittany Wayman (28:55.324)
in her home country, she could not freely study the Bible. She had to go into a bathroom if she wanted to read God's Word. It all had to be done in secret. And if you were caught, there were consequences if you were caught. And one of the things she said was, in this country, you have the freedom to freely read the Bible, freely study the Word.

Jill O'Boyle (29:01.749)
Mmm. Wow.

Jill O'Boyle (29:13.665)
Yeah. Wow.

Jill O'Boyle (29:22.316)
Hmm.

Brittany Wayman (29:25.114)
freely share your faith, yet you choose not to. And I went back in my seat like this. I was like, my gosh, my gosh. And I was like, she's right. Like we have so much freedom to listen, I could be anywhere. I could be at the Starbucks. I could be at Target. could be anywhere. I could be in my home and I can freely open up my Bible and read my Bible. I can open up the Bible app and I don't have to worry about someone coming for me because I'm

Jill O'Boyle (29:36.173)
She's right.

Jill O'Boyle (29:49.217)
Yeah.

Brittany Wayman (29:55.146)
reading God's word. I can freely share my faith and talk about my faith. I don't have to worry about, you know, any sort of persecution. And so it hit me like a ton of bricks. And at that time I was in the classroom, I was a teacher in the classroom. And so at that time I decided, I was like, I'm going to be unashamed of the gospel. I am going to be unashamed of it. So when someone asks me about my weekend, I'm going to be, yeah, I'm going to tell you, yes, we went to the park. And then on Sunday we went to church and let me tell you about what happened in church. And let me tell you about the message.

Jill O'Boyle (29:56.396)
Right.

Jill O'Boyle (30:19.093)
Yeah. Right?

Brittany Wayman (30:24.455)
You know, and then it became this thing at school where people then would start coming to me with prayer requests and they're like, hey, you know, I've got this prayer request. Can you pray for me? I'm like, absolutely. Then it turned into, you know, prayer circles that we would have some time in classrooms, you know, with teachers and things like that. Then it turned into a Bible study that we would, you know, we were doing Max Lucado at that time. And so we were, you know, so that's what it ended up turning into. And it was beautiful. It was beautiful.

Jill O'Boyle (30:47.039)
Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (30:52.225)
Yeah.

Brittany Wayman (30:53.019)
And so that was one of those things that I, it hit me like a ton of bricks with my faith in sharing my faith so freely. So when it comes to, you know, the clients that I see, most of my individual clients are women of faith. And so of course, you know, we start off, we end with prayer, all that good stuff. And then some of the corporate clients that I see, you know, some of them that I see, they don't have a faith component in it, but as we share, if I'm sharing stories, I might weave it in.

a little bit there that's like, at church or like at my daughter's youth group or, you know, hey, you know, this is a value that I have as, you know, a believer. Let's talk about some of the youth, you know, and so that's how, you know, I weave that in there. And, you know, if you're on my social media, you could, I would imagine you could probably figure it out pretty quickly. You could probably figure it out pretty quickly. If you're on my social media on Mondays, I usually do prayer requests where I'm like, hey,

Jill O'Boyle (31:22.124)
Yep.

Jill O'Boyle (31:26.571)
Right? Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (31:32.31)
Yes.

Jill O'Boyle (31:42.719)
Right. Me too.

Brittany Wayman (31:50.312)
What prayer requests do you have for the week? And so that for me, I started that during COVID and then I took a little bit of a break and so I'm back to doing that now. And that has been a really beautiful way for me to connect with people that sometimes it's like people that I'm very, very close in proximity and relationship with. And sometimes it's not, but it gives me an opportunity to connect with them, to pray over them and then to follow up. That's like, hey, how is your knee doing?

Jill O'Boyle (31:58.348)
Yeah. Love that. Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (32:10.049)
Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (32:15.379)
Yes. Right. Yeah.

Brittany Wayman (32:18.149)
How is that pain that you had in your knee? How is your neighbor doing that went through this situation? And so it's given me an opportunity, almost like an outreach, almost like an outreach. Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (32:21.644)
Mmm.

Jill O'Boyle (32:27.947)
Yeah, yeah, I love that because I think sometimes we try to make it too complex. And I think what I hear you say, Brittany, is just wherever I am, I will be all there and I will just sprinkle in some Jesus and some things that are happening in my life and not the curiosity of the ears lean, right? Like, it's so true. there's probably not a person that I meet that I cannot not talk about.

God, it's just organically he moves in a way where something I will say, same like you. Like you should have seen what was happening at Sunday and this message. I gotta share it, right? That can have, I do that a lot with something I feel or God will even place it on my heart, like a name. And I've been really being more obedient about that. Like you talk about, you know, slow obedience is disobedience. It's so good. I'm write that down because it's so good.

Brittany Wayman (33:07.15)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

Great.

Brittany Wayman (33:15.081)
Mmm.

Brittany Wayman (33:19.945)
Mmm.

Jill O'Boyle (33:27.127)
Clearly that person needs it right then. And it's like, I have just stopped what I'm doing to say, hey, I listened to this message. This just happened the other week. I said, I listened to this message. It was so good. And I was like, I'm gonna send it to my husband. And I did send it to my husband, but I also heard you need to send it to, and I was like, so I'm just sending it to you. Feel free to listen if you want. like, know, every time.

Brittany Wayman (33:29.353)
Mm-hmm.

Right?

Brittany Wayman (33:38.056)
Right.

Brittany Wayman (33:46.441)
Mmmmm

Brittany Wayman (33:51.795)
Yeah?

Jill O'Boyle (33:54.862)
You, A, you don't even know that title right there. I haven't even listened to it, but the title speaks to this. And then a little bit later she's listening to it she's like, yep, it hit. Like I do a Bible study. use Jenny Allen has a Bible study that I love called Restless Because You Are Made For More. And she talks about that, you know, in our everyday, in our mundane, ordinary things.

Brittany Wayman (34:01.04)
Mm-hmm.

Yeah. Yep, it hit. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (34:11.08)
Yes, yeah.

Brittany Wayman (34:23.625)
Mm-hmm.

Jill O'Boyle (34:24.761)
Nothing is small to God. So like if you are, like you said, you're standing in line at target, you have an opportunity right there to speak Jesus to somebody for eternal. Like nothing is too small for God. He will use every place you go to be his hands and feet. And so just look around. You know, think sometimes we're so distracted in this world. We're in our phones, we're in anything. Like just put it down and look around somebody, bless somebody.

Brittany Wayman (34:26.953)
Mm-hmm, it's good.

Brittany Wayman (34:35.561)
Mm-hmm. That's right. That's right.

Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (34:50.505)
Yeah. A smile, sometimes just a smile. Just a smile. Cause I'm like, gosh, we are like, you know, deficient in sometimes human interaction, right? Because we're so like, we're looking at our phone, we're distracted by whatever. And so, you know, there are times in my life where I'm like, okay, Lord, what assignment do you have for me today? Like I ain't going to put my phone over here.

Jill O'Boyle (34:54.615)
by your words, you know, a smile. Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (35:05.549)
Mm-hmm. We are.

Jill O'Boyle (35:15.149)
That's a great question.

Brittany Wayman (35:19.527)
Lord, what assignment do you have for me at Aldi? What assignment do you have for me at Aldi? Is it by the strawberries? Is it near the potatoes? Is it gonna be near the eggs? What assignment do you have for me today? And let me not be distracted by this phone, but let me just look around and see what is happening. Let me scan this place and see what could be a need for somebody. Maybe somebody, maybe the cashier just needs a haste, that you're killing it. I know this line's super long, you're killing it.

Jill O'Boyle (35:23.071)
Yeah. I love that.

Ha ha ha!

Mmm.

Jill O'Boyle (35:48.699)
Right. my gosh. And how amazing would that be for that cashier? You know the holidays are coming up. People are a little cranky. They need to get in, they need to get out. Like to be that person, to take a time to say, see you, what you're doing right here is making a difference and I appreciate you sitting here and dealing with all of us cranky people. Like how are you doing?

Brittany Wayman (35:50.576)
You know.

Brittany Wayman (35:57.065)
Whew, and you know, and with everything with, yeah.

Mm-hmm.

Absolutely, Right, right. And especially right now, you know, with some of the food insecurity, I mean, that's a heavy spot to be. That's a heavy spot to be when there's some people who, you know, are fine. And then there's some people financially who are like, I may have to put this back because I can't get it. So it's a heavy spot to be. And those are the things in our world that it's important to be mindful of.

Jill O'Boyle (36:18.509)
it is.

Jill O'Boyle (36:28.577)
Yeah.

Yeah.

Brittany Wayman (36:35.741)
Because some of us may not be necessarily impacted by that, but there are others who are. And so being mindful of, they might need a little extra support today, you know? Or, you know, like you said, in this holiday season, they may need a little extra support. I think because I was a teacher for 10 years, I think about that all the time. That's like, whoo, sometimes it's like you are crawling to get to the finish line before you're just exhausted. So just thinking about that as well with.

Jill O'Boyle (36:35.852)
Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (36:42.348)
Yes.

Jill O'Boyle (36:47.232)
Yeah. Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (36:59.23)
Right?

Yeah.

Brittany Wayman (37:04.029)
you know, those people that we have those interactions with that circle of our community. So yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (37:07.821)
Yeah, so good. Let's talk about that circle of community real quick because I think there's, I think there is a beautiful thing happening here. You know, there's this beautiful ship happening where like we as women of faith are choosing this. I would, I would call it like collaboration. Honestly, a better together. I looked around and I looked around and I was just like, in all of just the collaboration of like women coming together to pour into women with all of our giftings.

Brittany Wayman (37:27.049)
yes. Yes.

Jill O'Boyle (37:37.601)
with all of our passions like come. So I just think it's so great. mean, we, me and you, right? Two coaches coming together to like bless others, right? Like let's, let's, let's not compete. Let's collab. Where have you been seeing that show up for you too, Brittany?

Brittany Wayman (37:39.443)
Yeah.

Brittany Wayman (37:52.517)
Yeah, absolutely. And I love that you said that because I'm like, it's about collaboration and not competition, you know? I'm like, if there's, you know, let's link up, let's link arms to do things. So whether it's, you know, collaboration of a workshop or training, you know, or just supporting somebody, that's what's important. That's now that's some kingdom work right there, you know, is linking up and doing things like that together. But most recently, why I saw something that was just so beautiful.

Jill O'Boyle (37:58.947)
Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (38:02.797)
Totally.

Jill O'Boyle (38:14.281)
That is, girl.

Brittany Wayman (38:21.786)
was it was a it was at an event and they had a few people come up and share a little bit about their their business their ministry what they have going on and what they did was they said this is kind of like the thing that i am struggling with right so it could be i'm really struggling with getting new clients i'm really struggling with marketing i'm really this is a thing that i'm really struggling with this particular area and it was so beautiful because what i saw was people

Jill O'Boyle (38:37.409)
Hmm.

Brittany Wayman (38:51.25)
We're like, okay, hey, have you thought about this? Have you tried this? You might wanna consider connecting with this person, because I think they can help you with that. And I'm like, that's amazing. And it's like, share those. Just previously you and I were talking and I was like, hey, Google has this tool. You might wanna check out this tool because it'll help you save a little bit of money at the end of the day. So you might wanna check this out. And so those are those things that within the community,

Jill O'Boyle (38:56.001)
Yes.

Jill O'Boyle (39:02.231)
So great. It's great. Yes.

Jill O'Boyle (39:09.836)
Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (39:18.08)
Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (39:21.447)
that it's important that we share and collaborate about those things. So I'm like, it can help me, it might be able to help you.

Jill O'Boyle (39:24.237)
Yes. Right, yeah. I love it. I'm all for it. I'm like, I am not a coach for everybody, so surround me with other coaches so I can say, I might not be the right fit. Like, if you want more career direction, let me send you over here, right? Or if you want more of this, send you over here. If you wanna dive deeper into who you are and whose guy called you B and get out of overwhelming tension, I'll probably be your girl. But you know, so, but.

Brittany Wayman (39:38.748)
Mm-hmm.

Right.

Brittany Wayman (39:49.192)
Yes.

Jill O'Boyle (39:51.778)
I love that. I love the collaboration. I've seen that so much with women. think, I think in general, do think women really want to help other women. Somebody told me, you know what? might've been on my podcast with Melissa St. John. She said, women on average will tell like 25 other women about something, right? So if I said Brittany,

Brittany Wayman (40:02.3)
Mm-hmm.

Jill O'Boyle (40:20.969)
I love your glasses. You typically, most women will say, thanks, you know what, I got these at this little boutique down the store and it was on sale, right? Or I got this dress and it has pockets and you need to go get it, it's on sale for Amazon right now, all right? Or I love your hair, my gosh, it's my girl, it's my girl Laura, you gotta go see her, right? I mean we will just, we will tell.

Brittany Wayman (40:23.026)
Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (40:36.328)
The pockets, the pockets.

Brittany Wayman (40:44.2)
Hehehe

Jill O'Boyle (40:47.745)
So like she said, think she said women on average will tell something about someone 25 times. A man? No, if you're listening men, I'm not dismissing you. But she said research says that a man will tell something about somebody one time. So if you say to a guy, man, I really like that suit jacket, his response will be like, And then let's go, right? I don't need to tell you where I bought it.

Brittany Wayman (40:53.638)
Wow.

Brittany Wayman (40:58.918)
Hehehehe

Brittany Wayman (41:07.0)
interesting. Yeah.

Brittany Wayman (41:13.084)
Yeah, and just keep it moving. He's not gonna tell you where he got it. Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (41:18.445)
I don't need to tell you, right? And same thing with their job. you know, so I just think that's, I think that's interesting. I see it. Like I will always be happy, happy to share somebody else's service or to help another girl out. Like, all day, every day. Yeah. Love it. All right. So let's, let's close Brittany with one thing that you would maybe leave somebody listening today.

Brittany Wayman (41:20.358)
Yeah, right, right,

Brittany Wayman (41:27.368)
Mm-hmm

Brittany Wayman (41:33.254)
Right, and be a referral partner, right.

Jill O'Boyle (41:47.042)
who just, you know, we've talked a lot about all kinds of things. You know, we've talked about burnout, overwhelm. We've talked about setting boundaries. We've talked about the fear of, you know, not pursuing our purpose because of the one, you know, the thing beneath the thing is holding you back. so I don't know what, what would you share with the listener today? she's feeling exhausted. Maybe she's doubting herself. Maybe she's questioning her faith.

Brittany Wayman (41:52.86)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (42:03.1)
Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (42:13.938)
Sure.

Jill O'Boyle (42:15.509)
If she's missing God's calling, like what, what would you say to her?

Brittany Wayman (42:20.528)
This is what I would say to a woman who is just going through a laundry list of things, you know, from the fear to the overwhelm, maybe even a little confusion, maybe a little anxiety is I believe, and I've said this earlier today, in the power of community and being in community and the connection that comes from the community.

Jill O'Boyle (42:26.583)
Mm-hmm.

Jill O'Boyle (42:40.439)
Mm-hmm.

Brittany Wayman (42:47.674)
Again, the enemy wants to isolate us. He wants to isolate. He wants to create doubt. And when we are in a community where there's like-minded believers, where there is connection and care, the enemy doesn't stand a chance. The enemy doesn't stand a chance. And the studies will show, I think it's Simon Sinek, that it's, I think Plivi said it's eight minutes, that studies show that

Jill O'Boyle (42:50.209)
Yes.

Jill O'Boyle (42:59.724)
Mm-hmm.

Jill O'Boyle (43:04.299)
Yes. Yeah.

Brittany Wayman (43:17.596)
when you are going through a thing, right? When something has kind of popped off in your life, you know, maybe you're at work and you get really bad news about something, right? That it takes eight minutes for you to, in a conversation with a friend, to get back to your baseline, to get regulated again and get back to your baseline. And so with my friend group that I have, we, that's our code that we use in our group texts. It's like, does anyone have eight minutes? Does anyone have a?

Jill O'Boyle (43:35.095)
Wow.

Jill O'Boyle (43:46.182)
Love that.

Brittany Wayman (43:47.534)
minutes and then that's like okay we need to get we need to get on the horn we need to figure out who's you know who's got who can get to her first and so i feel like that and i believe it's just very important that you have that community so you have the connection and then that leads to the cater right because when something pops off you need to be able to go to your people who are gonna like lift you up when you can't lift yourself up right

Jill O'Boyle (43:53.606)
Wow.

Jill O'Boyle (44:05.451)
I love that.

Brittany Wayman (44:14.056)
who are gonna be able to lift your arms up, lift your head up when you're out of gas. So that's what I would encourage women today. whether that is a church community, maybe that is your small group within your church, perhaps you're going through some things right now and maybe you've experienced some church hurt and that's something that you might need to jump into in six months or a year.

So maybe it's your neighborhood, like are there people within your neighborhood? Maybe it's a group of friends from high school or college or whatever that looks like, but you gotta get into some sort of community which will then bring to connection and all that care. So that's what I have to say.

Jill O'Boyle (44:43.629)
Yeah, right.

Jill O'Boyle (44:57.065)
Yeah, it's so powerful. And just think about that, eight minutes, that's eight minutes is all you need for somebody to just pour into you. And I can attest to that. can feel when I have been too isolated in my little box here by myself and all my tasks and all my things and then the holidays coming and all the things I have to do. And I can feel it. And just like the other week, it was going through one of those.

Brittany Wayman (45:03.419)
That's all you need.

Brittany Wayman (45:12.603)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

Mm-hmm.

Jill O'Boyle (45:23.669)
And I was like, I gotta get back out. I gotta get into coffee. I gotta get into networking. I gotta reach out to my peeps. And it does, it relieves something. And I think the other thing I wanna say on that too, because if you're any other thing like me, there's a lie that the enemy will speak to you that nobody cares about what you're going through. And everybody is too busy, Jill. Look at your life right now. You're so busy. You think somebody wants to listen to you?

Brittany Wayman (45:26.055)
Yeah. Yeah.

Brittany Wayman (45:32.017)
Hehe.

Brittany Wayman (45:42.533)
Oof. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Absolutely.

Mm-hmm.

Jill O'Boyle (45:53.07)
They're too busy. And so I just have, feel like the Holy Spirit's like, please share this because, and one of my friends, shared this with her. I'm like, my biggest thing is I don't ever want to disrupt the peace, right? I'm like, it's 5.30, you're probably getting your kids out, home, da da da. And the best thing that she shared with me, she said, Jill, if I am too busy,

Brittany Wayman (46:00.005)
Yeah. Yeah.

Jill O'Boyle (46:19.405)
to take a couple minutes of time to help a friend, then I am not worthy enough to be your friend.

Brittany Wayman (46:21.415)
Mmm.

Ooh, mm, mm mm. Well, that'll preach, that'll preach.

Jill O'Boyle (46:27.189)
I mean, I was like, I was like, okay, yeah. And she goes, and get it, and hey, listen. She goes, and if you call in that moment where I am a little chaotic right now, guess what I'll do? I will just tell you straight up because that's what friends do. I gotta get this one to dance real quick and I gotta get her over here. But give me 30 minutes and I'll call you back. That's called boundaries that we talked about before, just to say, and I will call you back.

Brittany Wayman (46:49.999)
That's right. That's right. That's right. That's right. mm-hmm. That's right.

Jill O'Boyle (46:57.579)
And don't feel bad about that, right? Like, so I just say, if you need support, don't let the enemy, that is what the enemy will try to do. He does it to me all the time to say, nobody cares, everybody too busy, figure it out on yourself, Jill. And that is a lie. That is a lie, yeah. Well, awesome, Brittany. All right, so let's, before we leave, so you have SoulCare Coaching.

Brittany Wayman (46:57.797)
